It is normal to have these days. Everyone experiences them atleast once a week, or per month. Some are exterior, whereby the people around you trigger the negative energy. Whilst some days, these bad days are created by ourselves.
It is best to start your with a positive mindset. Envision of the good side and what you aim to accomplish at the end of the day.
However, that might not always be the case. Despite having a positive mindset and goals to achieve, the exterior catalysts can be hard to control.
What do you do when you are having a bad day then? Here are simple ways to clear your head on a bad day.

Reading a good book will help you escape into a different world. Being covered deeep into a book will help you forget the negativity that the bad day comes with.
Grab an interesting book, can be fiction or nonfiction depending on your liking. Dive into it and just enjoy the moment.
4. Organize your room
This is the best time to declutter and make your room have a sparkling look. Throw away things that you no longer use or need. Or better still, pack them somewhere and donate to a charity organization.
Having a spick and span space will make you feel better. It will escalate your spirit and turn the bad day into a much better one.
5. Do your favourite activities
Having a bad day? Why not delve into the activities that you enjoy doing. It could be writing, drawing, riding a bike, watching a movie, drinking coffee, watching birds.
Occupy yourself with those activities. They will help you relax and feel much better. Doing things that you love always serve as the best medicine.
Conclusion:
Bad days will always be there, as long as good days exist. Don’t take it too serious though, that is just how life is. ‘ This life no balance’.Â
Take breaks when need be. Savour the moment and focus more on the positive flip of the coin. Every bad side has a good side – every bad day has a good day side. Hang in there.
