The Mandela Washington Fellowship is seeking to take up to 700 young leaders to the United States in the summer of 2024 for a comprehensive executive-style program that is designed to build skills and empower Fellows to lead in their respective sectors and communities.
The workshop will be a hub of invaluable knowledge, skills, tools and insights on how you can become a landscape leader.
Under the guidance of FRIDA’s Resource Mobilization Team and Co-Executive Directors, the Consultant will play a crucial role in identifying donors and funders aligned with the strategy’s main ambitions and objectives.
This is ideally a development role for a young person starting their career in the NGO or Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights sector. It is anticipated to be a stepping stone 2-year contract with the hope to progress onto other roles within the Federation.
