The African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES) invites you to apply for the Early Career Climate Fellowship Programme (ECCF) – an opportunity to kickstart your career as a climate leader and contribute to shaping Kenya’s climate agenda.

1. The Fellowship

The ECCF offers talented young individuals from Kenya a unique pathway to delve into the intersection of climate science, policy development, and practical implementation. Partnering with the NDC Delivery Lab, the Fellowship supports emerging leaders in navigating diverse decision-making environments within the climate change landscape. This innovative approach fosters creative solutions to address climate risks while ensuring the effective translation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) into impactful actions.

2. Aim of the Fellowship

The ECCF aims to nurture Kenya’s next generation of climate leaders equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the climate science-policy-practice nexus.
