Pure facts. Honestly I don’t know where we are heading as a country. If this continues at this rate I see a revolution coming,,,revolution is coming!! A revolution waged by the poor majority against the few rich. A number of strong nations today have gone through the same to make things right. Watch out!

I grew up during Moi’s era, I didn’t know anything about economy and politics. We used to get free 250ml milk twice a week. Life was normal. When Kibaki took over frm a KANU with -6 economy he still reduced tax from 18% to 16%. That’s when we started affording colored tv, fridges and all those luxury. We never appreciated Kibaki’s effort and his transformation of yote yawezekana.

Now we are back to Moi’s era where we only work for rents and ugali on the table, forced to pay tripple tax on every item like fuel and cooking oil. And everyone is okay.

When Kibaki’s tenures ends we elects Uhuruto, and the looting started of mega proportion, We witness NYS mega scandal, Raila at least then he was out of kitchen where Nyama Choma was prepared and served hots, so he used to salivates and give them sleepless night, now he is one of them, for a piece of meat he sold out his dignity and turned blind eye to grand record looting, billions of Covid-19 grands disappeared like that. To some extent, I believe that leaders are a reflection of the society. As much as this system called The Government corrupts the mind, the corrupted must have started the process while civilians like to have the nerve and audacity to embezzle taxpayer money and not feel and not feel an ounce of guilt. So it basically starts with us, when given a sweet bribe deal to get that job, will you take it?
