When did you start acting?

2008

What could you be doing if you weren’t acting?

I guess I would still be an accountant.

How did your family and friends react when you left your job to start fulltime acting?

At first they dint understand how i was leaving a stable job, but good thing is that they still supported me.

Your biggest achievement this year?

Njoro wa uba

Njoro wa uba has drawn alot of attention, one of our fans requested us to ask if you have ever been a taxi driver before

(Laughs) Never been a taxi driver before.

What keeps you motivated in your day to day grind?

The passion I have for what I do.

What’s your aim in the film industry?

To tell our stories to our audiences. I believe we have a lot of stories to tell.

In your opinion, what’s restricting kenyan film industry from hitting the international waves?

I dont think kuna anything inatu restrict. I think we are just a growing industry. Actually, there a few films shot in Kenya that have gone international.

Your favourite quote?

If you want to succeed in the business of art, you have to learn and master the art of business.

If you had one message to your ex who thought you’d never make it, what would it be?

I have never been with someone who didn’t believe in me and my dreams.
