WILL YOU SMILE IN YOUR GRAVE?

If you die today, will you smile in your grave in bliss ’cause of the accomplishments and legacy that you left behind?

The other day I was reading an article about a lady who gifted her daughter with a business on her sweet sixteen birthday instead of a car that the daughter had yearned and anticipated for.

I find that to be extremely wise. A business is something that will be there for good benefits. It is a present that she can depend on even after things go wrong, familywise.

Investing in your son or daughter is paramount, if not essential, but investing for him/her while he/she’s still learning to kick the ball of life is even more important.

You might argue that investing for him might make him lazy and forget the real struggle of life, but bet your bottom dollar that you wouldn’t wish your son to suffer after you pop your clogs.

Youths have grown to loathe employment, not only because it’s hard to get a job but also the pressure that comes with it. They have alternatively veered to start their own small-scale businesses.

If we could instill some sense into folks, it’d be for them to start up small business for themselves and their children. Employment is unpredictable, very undependable. “When you die, they will replace your position even before you are burred, that’s employment,” someone’s post read, “atleast a family business can be passed from one Kinsman to the other.”

Back to the question, will you smile in your grave in assurance that your generation is not struggling?
