I WANTED TO BE A SURGEON BUT FOUND MYSELF IN FASHION – GLORIOUS MUTHONI, MISS BEAUTY POINT 2018/2019

Glorious Muthoni, Miss Beauty Point 2018/2019. She wears the crown with the joy of her ripen fruits of fashion. Her high sense of fashion and style Inspired her to get into this industry hoping for the very best. She is a go-getter and a focused ilk, this is elucidated when she asserts, “I dont believe in the word impossible.”

She wanted to be a surgeon when she grows up, a dream that has changed it’s lane and gotten into operations and surgeries of fashion voids in her heart. She says she is currently focused in venturing fully into commercial modelling and high fashion sphere.

The stiff competition in the modelling industry is what motivates her. She is determined to win in any competition that pops up in her trail. In addition, the requirements from majority of Modelling agencies such as height (she agrees to the fact that she is vertically disadvantaged) is the biggest challenge and obstacle that begets in her a migraine.

Apart from modelling, she is a fashion enthusiast/advisor, a dancer and a cosmetologist.

She looks up to her mother and vhodka (a fashionista.)

She leaves us with a pinch of advice that’s directed to any aspiring model “Trust in God, chase your dream, don’t be afraid of losing and don’t be afraid to take risks.”
